Hello fellow Quilter, Sewers and Embroiders! This has been a dream of mine for a long time and now it’s coming true!! I have opened my own Quilting & Sewing Store! Good things come to those who wait!!!!

Class Schedule for July & August:


Forget Me Knot Dress- Learn how to make this cute dress with no buttons. Easy to sew…Great for beginners. Come and Join Margie on July 9th from 10-2pm for $35.00 plus fabric. And again on August 13th from 1-4pm



Laptop bag- this is made out of quilt fabric. This is really a cute laptop bag and really easy to make. Missie Tucker is teaching and she is a great seamstress. She took this class at the Embroidery Conference this spring and it is GREAT. Sign up early because when you see this one you will want to make it.
July 17th 10am to 4pm. $30.00 + kit fee


Beginning Quilting Class- on Monday mornings and Monday Evenings for beginners. This will be a 5 week class for $65.00 plus your supplies. We are going to have it every other Mondays, so you will be able to have all you homework done before you come to the next class. The dates for this are July 20, Aug. 3, 17, 31, Finishing on Sept 14th.




Embroidery Club- is going to be on Tuesday, July 21 at 6pm to 8 pm. This is a great lecture-demo class for anyone that would like to learn more about embroidery. We will have a morning session Wed. July 22nd from 10 am to 12 pm. There will be a $2.00 fee for cover charge for food; we will have supper for the evening crowd and brunch for the morning group. Bring a friend and enjoy.


Look-a-Like Bag- Margie will teach you how to make a insert for all your bags as well as this Vera Bradley look a like bag. There will be two(2) sessions to finish this bag. Tuesday, July 21 and Tuesday, July 28th from 10am to 2pm. $45.00 for class + pattern. Sign up soon.




Beginner Sewers- Never sewed on a machine, or have one in the box? This is the class for you. We will start by learning your machine and then go into making beginner projects. We will have this on Monday mornings or Monday evenings, what ever fits your schedule. Classes are the same in the morning and evening. We will make pillow cases, Pillow case dress and the Swing Bag by Amy Butler. Cost for class is $65.00 for 4 weeks starting on July 27, Aug. 10, 24, 21 come by or call for to sign up…seating is limited





A-Line Dress for that special little girl in you life. This dress is a classic design and is very easy to make…good for beginners. Margie will show you how easy it is to make it reversible, so you have two dresses in one. Also, you will learn how to make buttonholes! $25.00 for class + pattern and fabric. Pattern can be turned in to a John-John for boys. Starts July 30th from 10am to 1pm.

Heirloom Cami by Serger – Want to do something different with your serger?? This class will show you different ways to use your serger and make the beautiful Cami to wear under jackets or by it self. Sign up for this fun class with Marietta. August 11th from 10am to 2pm. $25.00 for class + kit fee.
